Musheer Robinson(AKA M. Chris Robinson) who currently resides in Lusaka Zambia and represents himself as CEO of Save Rural Africa Foundation and claims to represent the Council of Chiefs of Zambia attended my church(St.Bartholomews,Bethesda, Md). He came to me with tears in his eyes in 02/2015 asking for a short term loan while he obtained a home equity loan on his home in New Orleans. I loaned him a total of $50,000. The loan was to be repaid initially May 21 and then extended to June21,2015. He never repaid me and has recently declared Chapter7 bankruptcy which turns out to be his third Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. After a short period of contact in 2015 he disappeared and I was forced to hire a private investigator. The private investigator found two previous bankruptcies:
Case No 83-06178 10/27/1983 New Jersey
Case No 92-04494 10/21/1994 Missouri
His most recent Bankruptcy is case 16-11197 New Orleans which was recently converted from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7 filed initially 11/02/16.
I confirmed from two reliable sources that Musheer never graduated from Brown University or Oxford. He went to Brown for two years and attended a summer course at Oxford.
When I first met Mr. Robinson he represented himself as CEO of Williams Wallace Management Consultants.
The Williams Wallace Management Consultants website is basically fraudulent. WWMC is one man (Musheer Robinson). There are no employees or offices. Robert Oakley and Mike Hagarty are listed as part of the leadership team which is false. Musheer placed their resumes on the website without their approval. They have never worked for WWMC. Mike Hagarty has written Musheer numerous times to remove him from the website. I called Swift Ships. Musheer was never or currently is Vice Chairman . They told me to verify his educational credentials which led me to call Brown University.

A petition for eviction was filed 11/16/2018 against Musheer Robinson and Donna Robinson by National Rice Mill LLC . National Rice Mill owns the apartment at 522 Montegut Street, New Orleans (loft 306) that Musheer and Donna rented since 01/13/17. This is their second eviction since 2015 . They were evicted from a townhouse rental in Bethesda ,Md in mid 2015 . In the petition the owner stated the rent for the apartment was $3700 per month. Per the filing the defendants consistently made late payments for the months of September, August and July. The rental payment for October was not received and the Petitioner terminated the lease October 12,2017. The Petitioner gave the defendants 5 days to vacate the premises . As of 11/16 they had not vacated the premises requiring the owner to file the eviction petition with the court.
It has come to my attention that Musheer could be using the name Christopher James Robinson to avoid connection to this blog.
This blog is doing Gods work. I was contacted by a doctor in Zambia who was solicited by Musheer to invest in a Hospital project. Musheer told him he was a doctor and a former investment banker with JP Morgan.Neither of which is true. After talking with me the Doctor will not be having any further dealings with Musheer. I pray that no one else becomes a victim Musheer's misrepresentations. This latest incident is an example of how Musheer works. He lies about his credentials and pitches for seed money which he then pockets. I have spoken to almost every former associate of Musheer. They could not name one project he has ever completed. Received a text from Musheer 03/22/18 . He stated " Take down all the internet mess which is blocking deal funding and your getting paid. Once down, we can start making payments over the next 90 days and over the next year to 24 months from now you will be paid." The deal involved Cholera testing kits supplied by Stone Clinical Labs of New Orleans.
Do not believe anything on his bio via the internet. His Key Wiki page was created by himself. I have verified the following

He exaggerates tremendously his responsibilities at the firms he worked for. Assume 90% of what he says about his education, background, credentials is untrue . Contact me if you need more information.
Received numerous emails from Zambians over the last week. Musheer found another victim. One Zanbian gave him $40,000 for work to be done. Musheer never performed and has not paid back the money. I could get you in contact with him. Musheer now is representing himself as CEO of Save Rural Africa Foundation. . Joe Chilaizya(former Zambian U.S Ambassador) said SARAF has no money and no employees. In his bankruptcy hearing Musheer stated under oath that he receives no salary or compensation from SARAF. My conclusion is that SARAF is just a website only. In an email a Zambian said he asked Musheer for a copy of the SARAF registration and he could not provide it.
Verified that Stone Clinical Labs terminated all involvement with Musheer and sent him a cease and desist letter.
Just received an email 03/21/2019 from a person in Zambia he pitched a disaster relief project in Mozambique to. I have a copy of his presentation which states he has over 30 years experience in disaster relief including working for the United Nations.( not true)He also told the person he was divorced which was not true. The presentation is a total fabrication in order to swindle people out of money.
In January 2019 I obtained a judgement for $74,092 against Musheer Robinson and Donna Robinson (aka Donna Marcellini) in Montgomery County,Md for fraud and breach of note. Now my note cannot be released in bankruptcy.
Did research this week on one of Musheer's associates. The associate said he had MBA from Dartmouth. Called Dartmouth and they sent me an email stating that the associate did not have an MBA and had a few weeks of management training which did not qualify for any Dartmouth degree. I then called his undergraduate college and found out he never completed his undergraduate degree . He stated on his website / linkedin page that he had a BA/BS from the school. Assume anyone associated with Musheer Robinson is as dishonest as he is.
08/24/2019 Received numerous texts and emails from Justice Malanot in Solwezi Zambia.( + 27 82 324 5982 malanot@lantic.net ). Musheer was at an investment Expo in Solwezi trying to put together
a honey consortium to sell organic honey on Amazon. He was also trying to register companies in Mauritius and facilitate business arrangements for Zambian investors. In the documents sent to me he stated he was managing director of SARAF-CD which does not exist. He uses this title to defraud Zambians. Was also contacted by Rodger Chali who runs an online radio -Zambian Blog Radio. He is going to be getting the word out to Zambians on Musheer. After receiving info from me Justice alerted the organizers of the expo and the local Zambian authorities about Musheers's fraudulent activities. This blogg prevented more Zambians from being swindled.
One of his proposals to the Zambians stated presented by M.C. Robinson for his honor Mayor Makumbi of Solwezi which gave the Zambians the impression he was endorsed by the Mayor.
